“The Hillside Kobe” is a designer space created by world-renowned architect Tadao Ando. Opened in 2022 in the water city of Osaka’s Nakanoshima, the Osaka Nakanoshima Museum of Art houses a collection of Japanese and international art and design works from the late 19th century to the present. Its exterior, designed by contemporary artist Kenji Yanobe, features a striking black cube that is sure to impress guests.

Opened in 1923 (Taisho 12), Osaka Shochikuza was the first full-scale Western-style theater in the Kansai region.
